Nodes and batch operations
Nodes hold assets, prompts, results and generation history. Distinguish the current result from historical candidates before saving, downloading or batching.
Image nodes
Create images through upload, library selection or generation. Nodes support download, saving to a library and enlarged preview. Saving generally captures the current image, not the entire history.
Available tools include crop, rotate, cutout, expansion, repainting, relighting and panoramic features. Use the options visible for the current node.
Repaint a region
- Open Repaint from an image node to create a repaint node.
- Mark the target with a brush, annotation, box or text.
- Describe the change and the areas to preserve.
- Generate a new image node and compare edges, light and unselected areas with the original.
Relight
Choose light direction, brightness and color temperature, then add material or mood guidance. Avoid conflicting with background shadows. Approve the result before applying it to a character or scene asset.
Video nodes
Upload, select or generate video. Common tools include download, saving the current clip, preview, trim, frame capture, subtitle removal, video analysis, upscaling, audio separation and generation-info restoration.
Seedance 2.5 supports precise editing and extension. Nodes from different models may expose different tools; confirm the model first.
Select and batch
Drag a selection box or Shift-click multiple nodes. Depending on node types, you can arrange, group, batch-generate, play synchronously, download, connect them to a target or add images to the asset workbench.
Before submitting a batch, verify selected nodes, references, models and durations, and exclude unwanted historical candidates. Synchronized playback helps compare alternatives; it does not select the final version for you.
History and replacement
Restore useful results from generation history to the canvas. References can be replaced individually or in batches; afterward, check that names in the prompt still describe the correct assets.
Downloading produces local files, saving to a library enables reuse, and restoring information supports further editing. None of these alone is a complete project backup.
Panorama generation and the current result
The image node's 720° panorama action creates a new image node and references the original, retaining its source for further editing. A newly generated image becomes the node's current image. Confirm that selection before saving or downloading.
In generation history, enlarge or download a candidate, or place it on the canvas as a separate node. Switching the current image and creating an independent node are different operations; downstream references and library saves typically use the current image.
